Product and Destination Training

Two years ago, TLM researched the entire market place to establish the most cost effective means of reaching and delivering relevant destination information and product details to the members in the travel industry in China on behalf of our overseas tourism organization and travel industry clients. Our research identified that the greatest need, as far as the travel industry in China is concerned, was that

a) Product and/or destination information must be delivered to the agents on a regular basis;

b) Online training, certification of agents as specific destination/product specialists and a sales reward system should be introduced.

In response to this finding, TLM hired an editorial team to create and implement the first travel online newsletter for Chinese travel trade called “Travel Link Daily”. With visually attractive, comprehensive content, presented in a professional, online PDF format, sent to agents three times a week.
