Job Descriptions:
1. Lead all aspects of consumer journey from marketing to post-sales services
2. Manage user experience (UX) development throughout the journey
3. Establish strategy & operational process for both short & long term road map
4. Work closely with teams or agencies including UI, design, business development & operations in order to produce a consistent service level & brand standard
5. Integrate UX with upcoming marketing campaigns & CRM activities
6. Utilise analytics data & conduct researches for UX improvement
Job Requirements:
1. Strong creativity and understand the latest consumer behaviour trends
2. Experience in UI design and/or eCommerce
3. Native in Mandarin & fluent in English
4. Good understanding of UX software
