1.Significant experience in an insight driven CRM role in a transactional B2C eCommerce business;
2.Experience of using and configuring different CRM systems;
3.Bachelor degree or above, Marketing, e-marketing major is preferred.
4.Min 5 years of related experience in CRM, Direct Marketing, VIP Program.
5.Easy-going, work under pressure, teamwork;
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to interact with many different people, internally and externally.
7.Fluent English both in oral and written.
1.Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty;
2.Design CRM business plans to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers. Grow the consumer CRM database;
3.Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle;
4.Customer Journey Mapping, analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities;
6.Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company;
7.Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM;
8.Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities;
9.Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email;
10.Lobby for and defend interactive and CRM budgets and manage project budgets;
11.Produce data driven insights and recommendations, both ad hoc and as required by the business;
12.Implement and review customer segmentation and disseminate this information throughout the business;
