1. Native Chinese with good knowledge in English and Mandarin

1. Keep updated and high understanding of marketing trends and clients’ demands.
2. Well organized all clients requirement efficiently in line with company policies.
3. Prioritize and manage the workload distribution amongst the team, focusing on individuals strengths and encourage high levels of performance;
4. Provide ongoing support for sales team in terms of motivation, workload distribution, training, best practice and advisory guidance in accordance to business needs ;
5. Set up and continuously improve operational processes and procedures;
6. Provide training to members as well as regular and ongoing training, support and coaching when required
