Key competencies
1.Chinese native speaker who has extensive experience in social media channel management especially for luxury, fashion and beauty brands.
2.Hands on experience in social media platform day to day operation
3.Very familiar with Chinese social media landscape and respective audience
4.Familiar with Chinese online influencer in fashion, luxury, beauty, travel and lifestyle
5.Successful experience in influencer engagement
6.Experience and knowledge in fashion, travel and luxury brands marketing practice in China.
7.Experience in content creation for luxury brands and lifestyle.
8.Experience in handling agencies.
9.A self- motivator and capable to work under pressure, on deadlines and to multitask on various projects at one time.
10.A self-starter with an ability to work autonomously and proactively.
11.Appreciator of high standard of aesthetics and details. 
12.Excellent communication skills and project management skills to pull people together to get project done.
13.Fluent in English reading, writing, translation and communication
Preferable skills and competencies
14.A strong understanding and experience of managing Chinese social media specially for luxury and travel industry. 
15.Strong knowledge in social media campaign running and strategy building.
16.Proven track of success in building Chinese social media strategy and successful operation. 

Business Knowledge/Educational Background 
1.Must be educated to university degree level (ideally in communication, media, advertising/marketing, luxury management, a similar relevant subject area)
2.Must possess knowledge of digital marketing for luxury business in China market
3.Preferably possess experience in account management for multiple clients from agency background

A minimum of five years’ experience of managing and operating Chinese social platforms and Chinese social media strategy building ideally for fashion or luxury business.

6.Build Chinese social media strategy and oversee operation and content strategy for merchant and brand clients
7.Act as main point of contact for client in social media services
8.Produce monthly report for client social media retainer service
