Team Management
1. Manage and develop an effective and dynamic Regional Sales team, set clear objectives in line with overall business strategies and monitor throughout the performance cycle
2. Inspire, motivate and mentor teams and individuals to maximize potential through strong leadership
3. Ensure the contracting team complies with company policies and procedures
Strategy Development
1. Develop and implement a sales business plan and budget aligned with the overall business strategies
2. Implement and manage the execution of the sales business plan to ensure continuous product growth, strengthening existing markets and developing target markets
Sales
1. Maintain and develop existing customer portfolio, responsible for overall financial target on distribution of Asia Pacific
2. Manage customer relationships by conducting regular customer reviews to develop opportunities, resolve any issues and provide support where required
3. Work closely with the Product team, gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and ensure a competitive market position is always maintained, reacting quickly to customer product needs
4. Work closely with all supporting departments such as finance on customer credit, payment, etc; technical department on technical solutions and support; customer service department on pre and post sales customer service
