1. 8 years of Sales experience within travel & tourism
2. An understanding and strong interest in the Chinese Tourism Industry
3. Native or Fluent Mandarin and good command of English
4. Innovative mind-set and willing to work in a start-up venture environment.
5. Track record of consistently delivering sales targets across multiple platforms and channels
6. Experience of working with or working for travel agency businesses
7. Enthusiastic, energetic and can do attitude

1. Responsible for the growth and development of tour operator segment
2. Develop and implement detailed B2B sales and distribution strategy for outbound products & resources
3. Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners to optimise go-to-market strategy
4. Understand and feedback new trend in travel market with sensitivity and insights
