Position Description:

Job Title：   Marketing Assistant

Report Line：  Chief Representative, Greater China

Location:    Beijing 
 

Job Description:

1. Monthly e-newsletter production including content collection, translation, editing, basic graphic design and uploading to timely update new tourism resources, products, stories, trends and events from Denmark and Norway

2. Database and website (http://www.beiou.org ) maintenance and updates;

3. Documentation preparation for meetings, arrangement of venues and refreshments as required and meeting minutes keeping;

4. Daily secretary tasks, translation of marketing materials and quarterly reports compilation;

5. Trade or consumer projects support;

6. Stock control and other administrative support;

7. Other tasks assigned by Chief Representative, Greater China. 
 

Job specification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, foreign language or a suitable combination of education and work experience;

2. High level self-motivation and innovative thinking;

3. Good communication skills and team spirit;

4. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and highly developed English language skills;

5. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop and so on;

6. Destination knowledge of Nordic countries will be an advantage;

7. Be able to travel both domestically & internationally;
