1.Master degree preferred in Human Resources/professional qualification;
2.7-10 years’ HR experience and in supporting change management and HR Transformation in a fast-pace environment;
3.3-4 years’ experience in managing others;
4.In-depth knowledge of APAC countries labour law and practices;
5.Skills and proven experience in some key areas like change management and HR Transformation management, employee relations, staffing, coaching of line managers, performance management and compensation management.
6.Excellent business awareness;
7.Able to work under pressure;
8.Previous experience in working in a multicultural environment;
9.Excellent English skills;
10.Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel – Vlookup, Pivot Table and basic formulas - and Powerpoint)
1.Establish and maintain relationships with vital client groups to influence, develop, and integrate targeted HR strategies based on the needs of the business;
2.Act as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resources issues and implement strategies to positively impact engagement;
3.Work closely with the HR Director on business strategy implementation (change management, implementation of HRIS/HRMS, succession planning);
4.Develop, implement and drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy to support HR transformational change and work closely with the relevant stakeholders;
5.Together with local Management Team play a lead role in the development of a seamless HR operations function, driving process reengineering initiatives and operations performance
6.Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues that may include conflict resolution, performance management, investigations and terminations.
7.Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and implementation of policies, procedures and practices in accordance with local labour law;
8.Manage employee relations activities and ensure they are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved to minimize business risk and support future development.
9.Lead the employee exit process (resignation, termination); review and analyse outcomes of exit interviews to support the business in driving change and improvements.
10.Lead the Probation period process and liaise with Managers on progress of their new team members.
